24th – 25th April: Recognizing that managing customer relationships isn’t always plain sailing, what with the competitiveness of the business environment, this public workshop was conducted for individuals who are constantly challenged in dealing with difficult customers. Conducted by our Training Consultant, Roshini Visvananthan and held at ATCEN Learning Centre, this workshop has given its 21 participants a better view on how to cope with this continuous, exigent environment.
