24th – 25th July 2013:  This is one of our popular workshops conducted by our trainer, Eric Neoh. For every executive being promoted to a manager or a team leader, having the new responsibility to lead a team and obtain the acceptability and cooperation of the team members are never as easy as it seems. Eric, being the trainer in this field for many years has given his insights to the 15 participants from various backgrounds, on the Critical Skills that every manager should have in order to take up this new task. The new managers and leaders characters were briefly accessed in order to advise them on the specific area of improvement. The participants found this training extremely useful and relevant to their workplace and recommended that all new managers should go through such trainings.
