22nd – 23rd July 2013: Just when you think you know everything about international dealings or is about to expand your business overseas, our Incoterm Specialist, Nancy Ong, has given the 4 participants in both instances, an enlightening session on the guidelines on pricing and delivery terms, documentation, how to negotiate the best terms for international sales and the most important issue – the RISKs.  As Incoterm are not legal terms, it is every exporter or importer’s knowledge and negotiation skills that will ensure the smooth transition of the sale and delivery of the products.  Nancy has made the session extremely impactful and easily understood with multiple case studies, leaving the participants more equipped with the skills needed for their profession.
