A Team building event is a safe place to test out new ideas and concepts of how to work together as a team. This team event will facilitate teams to create an uplifting activity where anyone can participate at any musical skill level. The steps involved in successfully as a group big or small to create powerful synergy and enhanced team spirit among the participants. As the team begins to play music together individuals develop a common language and exercise the communication skills inherent to a rhythmic event.
